Who We Are
The City of Lauderhill’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), is an entity created by the City of Lauderhill to promote the economic and community revitalization of defined areas in the City. Each of these areas are defined as CRA districts and are governed by the Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Lauderhill.
Our Mission
Our mission is to revitalize neighborhoods, encourage homeownership, and attract business investment that strengthens our community. We reinvest property tax increment revenues into transformative community projects—ranging from business support and infrastructure improvements to infill housing and public facilities.
Meetings & Calendar
The CRA Board convenes regularly in the City Commission Chambers—providing an open invitation for public attendance and transparency. Meeting schedules and agendas are accessible through the city’s legislative portal under “Community Redevelopment Agency Meeting (CRA)”.
