The City of Lauderhill CRA is hosting quarterly events throughout the year in its new Commercial Arts and Entertainment District.
These events are designed to bring awareness to the district, create a sense of belonging for all those who visit, and attract new shops, boutiques, and restaurants to the area. Each event is jam packed with food trucks, live concerts, dancing, art demonstrations, games and more!
With crowds in the thousands attending each event, you don’t want to miss an opportunity to visit or promote your business at our new Arts and Entertainment District. 38th Avenue is located between 19th Street and 16th Street and runs in front of The Lauderhill CRA Headquarters at 1803 NW 38th Ave. Lauderhill, FL 33311.

Enjoy food and beer vendors while listening to music by famed artists from 6:00 PM -12:00 AM at the City of Lauderhill and the Lauderhill CRA’s third annual Beer-B-Q on Saturday, September 17, 2022! Have fun with live shows from famed artists Dru Hill, JT Money, Mike Smiff, along with additional performers. There will also be a DJ, delicious food trucks, City Bars, Craft Beer Breweries, a Barbecue contest, a variety of local vendors, lawn games, raffles, and more! Event will take place in the City of Lauderhill’s Arts & Entertainment District 1803 NW 38th Ave., Lauderhill, FL 33311.
Come vote in person for BBQ vendors who will be showcasing their best dish in an effort to win the coveted title of “Lauderhill’s Favorite BBQ”.
